The APS EBT/PCI Division was started in 2014 by former USDA FNS contractors. The EBT/PCI Division specifically focuses on assisting store owners (in all 50 states) with the SNAP application process, re-submissions and FNS re-authorizations. APS also assist store owners with the store inspection requirements and USDA compliance requirements for accepting EBT. APS helps to ensure that retailers understand and follow the USDA guidelines for SNAP-EBT acceptance in order to maintain an active FNS account.
